Derek & his family enjoy hosting, fellowship with friends & family, but most importantly, their family movie nights.

From 2018 - 2020 three additional employees joined. Tabitha Hess, Jesse Wootton & Ryan Smith.

Tabitha Hess manages & collaborates with the team for Scheduling, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Project & Service Call facilitation, minor IC Realtime virtual programming & tech support. Jesse Wootton (a former 25/7 Protection Associate) decided to join Sullivan Electric in late Summer/Early Fall 2019. He brings many years of experience with ICR product, installation & support. Most importantly the relationships & connections cultivated with many End Users over the years he worked at 25/7 Protection. Jesse is actively perusing his 02 & 01 Electrical Certifications. Jesse & his wife have a beautiful little girl. Who is keeping them hysterically busy in her toddler ways. Jesse & his wife have some amazing, executed home projects/redesigns & enjoy social gatherings with their friends & family.

Ryan Smith joined in 2020. Who had formally met and worked with Derek Hess. Early on Ryan assisted Sullivan on a temporary part time bases, but ultimately decided to join our team permanently. Ryan Smith brings several years of Electrical experience and is our next up in coming 01 Electrician. Ryan & his wife have recently welcomed a baby boy! Undoubtedly making their toddler a proud big brother. Ryan & his wife enjoy their family time together, whether local gatherings or family road trips abroad.

25/7 Protection closed its doors officially July 2019. The relationship Sullivan & 25/7 Protection established, proved deep, trusting & confident. 25/7 Protection elected to offer & pass a portion of its long-time customer base to Sullivan Electric. The End User / Customer base required continued Technical Support facilitation and/or Electrical needs. Whether it be directly with the ICR manufacturer, local virtual support or onsite. Sullivan Electric is doing its best to stand in the gap for the added facet to our company as a whole.

A message from former President/CEO of 25/7 Protection

“When a President/CEO has built and established an organization from birth, then operated it for 13 years - only to be faced with making a extremely difficult decision in closing down the business is one of the hardest, single handed, professional decisions one can make. The second hardest decision, is how will it affect all involved.

It is at this point that you start a new series of decisions and one of the most important ones is - Who will be taking care of the client’s needs both current and future so that they will be least negatively impacted by the closure.

25/7 Protection has always tried to handle its business model as a more intimate get to know your client base, and then match up the best solution possible, if we had one available, that would best help to protect their home or business.

With that thought process in mind I picked Sullivan Electric as the primary company to take over the 25/7 Protection Point of Sale System (Customer History) and to be the main point of contact for phone calls, service issues; and therefore best suited for future sales needs.

Sullivan Electric has an office staff, that can best answer calls during regular business hours and therefore keep customers moving along in a timely manner when it comes to their security system working as expected. Because Sullivan Electric installed for some of 25/7 Protections largest clients, they had the knowledge and state licensing required to handle all levels of security and electrical needs.

Throughout the years 25/7 Protection was in business, we prided ourselves in partnering with the best sub-contractors available with specific skill sets for each phase of the project- Sullivan Electric was one of those partnerships. They too have been committed for years to the same belief, that if they are not best suited for solving the customers issues or needs, they too will refer the client to the best possible person or company they may know, in order to help meet the clients issues or needs at hand -

With Sullivan’s past experience, and vision in how to handle customers current and future needs, I felt very comfortable in making the decision and to supply them all the needed tools to continue the process of helping and servicing the 25/7 Protections client base.

Sincerely & best wishes,
Jerold McGlothlin
