Electrical Troubleshoots & Service Calls

Tripped Breakers, In-Operable Outlets &/or Switches, Appliance Failures, GFCI won’t reset. These are normal Troubleshooting issues that lead to an easy fix or finding the needle in the haystack. Our Service call / Troubleshoots may consist of 1-2 guy(s) @ $125/hr ea. @ a minimum of 2hrs. Materials can range $20 - $100+. We strive to manage expectations of outcome and end costs upfront.

This applies to both Commercial & Residential customers.


Electrical & Security Installation Planning

For Electrical Site Visit plannings we onsite visits and recommendations. We then compile a materials list, sometimes this involves calling several suppliers to ensure the best rate & timely availability, we also identify the scope & man hours that maybe needed.

Our Security Installation Planning, this often spins off of an onsite troubleshoot. For these, we credit back the service call troubleshoot towards the installation purchase. A custom map of camera installation can be provided. We’re capable of handling your security & CCTV needs. Such as installation of perimeter alerts with integration, Card Access, Cameras and Motion Security to name a few.

Security System Service Calls & Troubleshoots

More often than not we try to resolve these issues virtually and at no charge to you. Other times, it warrants a cost or an onsite visit. Virtual support resulting in resolution under ~30min. we don’t usually charge. Onsite support is @ 30min. minimum and $75 up to $125/hr.

Scheduling

We would love to confirm a next day service or installation date, but this isn’t the nature of our industry. There’re variables that hinder the execution of any project or service call needed. From project delays, to Inspections, to material delays or simply shorthanded for a season. We try to meet any and all customers’ needs who reach out. We are grateful for to those who work with us and we’re also grateful to those for considering us but understand the choice to go else. We only hope to be considered again in the future. \
For scheduling kindly ring our office phone or drop an email. In less busy seasons, we shoot for service call scheduling within 1-2 weeks and for installation 2-4 weeks. In busier seasons, both can push out by an additional week or two.
Should the schedule lighten or move, we do try to make contact and push up any appointments that are scheduled.
